Manage your subscription

Check the status of a Daily Tap mobile service, or cancel any active subscription in under a minute. Whatever you signed up to, you are always in control of your billing.

Want to cancel right now? Text STOP to the shortcode shown in your subscription confirmation SMS. Your billing stops immediately and you'll receive a confirmation message. Full steps are below.

Check your subscription status

Cancel by SMS — text STOP

The fastest way to cancel. It works on every Daily Tap service and is always free.

  1. Open your messaging app on the phone that holds the subscription.
  2. Text the word STOP to the shortcode in your confirmation SMS (e.g. a 4–6 digit number).
  3. For a specific service, send STOP [keyword] — for example STOP WIN.
  4. Wait for the confirmation SMS. Once received, billing has ended and no further charges apply.

Standard message rates from your carrier may apply to the STOP text. If you don't receive a confirmation within a few minutes, contact us below.

Common questions

How am I being charged?

Daily Tap services are subscriptions billed through your mobile carrier (Direct Carrier Billing). Charges appear on your prepaid balance or postpaid bill at the frequency stated when you subscribed (for example, daily or weekly).

I don't recognise a charge. What should I do?

Use the lookup above to confirm whether a service is active on your number, then text STOP to cancel. If you'd like a charge reviewed, email us at support@dailytap.it.com with your mobile number and the approximate date — we respond within 24 hours.

Will STOP cancel everything?

Texting STOP cancels the service tied to that shortcode. If you are subscribed to more than one service, send STOP [keyword] for each, or contact support and we'll cancel them all for you.
