These terms govern your use of Daily Tap mobile content and subscription services. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the user", "the subscriber") and Daily Tap ("we", "us", "our"), operator of mobile value-added services (MVAS) distributed at dailytap.it.com and through partner carriers. By subscribing to, accessing or using any Daily Tap service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe to or use the service.
2. The service
Daily Tap provides premium mobile content and subscription services, which may include games, video on demand, sweepstakes and related entertainment ("the Service"). The Service is delivered over mobile networks and may be promoted through advertising, web flows and carrier channels across the MENA and Southeast Asia regions.
The specific content, price, billing frequency and provider of each Service are shown to you on the subscription page and in the confirmation message before and at the point of sign-up.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe.
- You must be the account holder of the mobile number used to subscribe, or have the bill payer's explicit permission to incur charges.
- The Service must be lawful to access in your country of residence.
4. Consent & opt-in
Daily Tap subscription services operate on an explicit opt-in basis. Before any charge is applied, you will be clearly shown:
- the name of the Service and what it provides;
- the price and the billing frequency (for example, per day or per week);
- that the Service is a recurring subscription that continues until cancelled;
- how to cancel, including the relevant STOP keyword and shortcode.
You confirm your subscription through a positive action such as entering and submitting your mobile number, confirming a PIN sent to your device, or clicking a clearly labelled subscribe button. We retain records of consent as required by applicable regulations and carrier rules.
5. Charges & billing
Charges for the Service are billed through your mobile network operator using Direct Carrier Billing (DCB), deducted from your prepaid balance or added to your postpaid bill. By subscribing, you authorise these recurring charges until you cancel.
- The price and frequency applicable to your subscription are those displayed at sign-up and in your confirmation message.
- If your prepaid balance is insufficient, billing may be retried by your carrier in line with their policies, and renewal may pause until funds are available.
- Standard data and messaging rates from your carrier may apply when using the Service or sending STOP messages.
- Taxes and carrier fees may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The fastest method is to text STOP (or STOP [keyword] for a specific service) to the shortcode shown in your confirmation message. You can also manage or cancel your subscription via our Manage your subscription page or by emailing support@dailytap.it.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals from the point it is processed. Charges already incurred for the current billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation message and no further charges will be applied.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through fraudulent means, reverse-engineering or interfering with its delivery, reselling the Service without authorisation, or using it in any unlawful manner. We may suspend or terminate access where misuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.
8. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos and software made available through the Service are owned by Daily Tap or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for personal, non-commercial use for the duration of your subscription.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high availability and quality, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Tap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, carrier requirements or the law. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is provided and, where relevant, the rules of the participating mobile network operator. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
